The Chicago Club of Tijuana has re-claimed it's reputation from it's glory days of the recent past.

A friend recently informed me that he had visited the Chicago Club and it was off the chart. I had to see for myself and he was not exaggerating.

In 1971 the Chicago Club opened answering to the popular draw of the US Naval Base in Coronado San Diego. Additionally, single men and unfaithful married men from Southern California and elsewhere in North America were frequenting the Red Light District of Tijuana causing the need for an upscale strip bar - whore house to enter the scene.

The Chicago Club boasted a fabulous disco-like appearance inside with elaborate lighting, a central dance stage with stripper poles surrounded by lap dance tables and chairs and booths along the wall. The club was accented with two bars one the length of the lounge. The sound system was more like what you would expect to find in a disco rather than a strip bar. The Club also had hundreds of beautiful Mexican prostitutes eager to become intimate with the bar's patrons.

Along with Adelita Bar the club dominated the scene in La Coahuila - Zona Norte throughout three decades up until about 2010, when it was caught off guard by the rapid expansion and the ever increasing popularity of the Hong Kong Club. The club was reinvented in 2017 and the Chicago Club now has a very wild sexy theme that has the club back on top attracting the sex seeking tourists again.

The Chicago Club has again become a challenging force among the many strip bars located in Tijuana's Red Light District. The club has been completely renovated with new lighting, re-vamped bars, new stages, an extra large Jacuzzi bath that is filled with bubbles, new furnishings and a new sound system. Additionally there is a new lounge in the rear of the club that is a V.I.P. area with special V.I.P. booths.

You cannot miss it as it is just off the corner of Calle Coahuila and Avenida Constitucion. The grand banner sign illustrating a Chicago Gangster and a risque lady of the night along with the neon lights are unavoidable. Less crowded for now than Adelita Bar and Hong Kong, the Chicago Club is a surely great bet for having a great time.
